I've sent my last copies to Marissa in this way she can show it to our town folks in Toronto Area.
In which I expected most of the alumni, kailians and guests are coming from. Hotel accommodation
is not a problem if I can provide the number of visitors to the casino representative. The casino management will surely give us great discount, depending on the hotel's total guests. I spoke with
the casino reps yesterday and explain to her our plan.
Perhaps if we have the total alumni, kailian and guests in two weeks from now, I can work everything
out. I would recommend Marissa Rodrigo as our treasurer, if it is ok. She will be relaying all the information regarding catering, hotel accommodation; reunion hall and so forth. Certainly she will give you a quote of the amount for each individual to pay

We did not make money in the amount of FOUR thousand or FIVE thousand ! we made
money in the amount of six thousand nine hundred, yes, six thousand nine hundred.
Ads made $4,300, hooray to Narlo ! T-Shirt made $460, Cheers to Mama ! The banquet
made $2100. It's amazingly excellent despite the three different functions for 50 bucks!
Cheers to all of you ! ! Let's also give credit to Wes and Gorio for the contract and not so
expensive venue for the inniliw.
There are few receivable from ads that we try to collect. There are few names that showed
up but we can not account payment. Very minimal.
Here's the financials. I don't know if this is for your eyes only or someone will donate the money to San Nicolas. a revolving fund is also nice to have. It's up to you coordinators of
2005 EVENT.
